Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!

Taylor had fun opening her cards this morning with Derek...she was excited to see them, but even more excited to try and put them in her mouth! Derek taught her today how to put the money from her cards in her piggy bank..again she enjoyed watching him and when he let her try she tried to put it in her mouth...which I immediately put a stop to!

I have been making Taylor's baby food which I have really been enjoying! Today I made carrots, which went ok except for a small issue between a spatula and the blender...I think I learned at some point to NOT put the spatula in when the blade is still moving, I seemed to have forgotten that today! So after one wasted batch..due to the possibility of spatula parts in it, I successfully made a few good batches! I am excited for her to try them and see how she likes them!

Derek and I are looking forward to a dinner out tonight at one of our favorite restaurants The Keg, we are so lucky to have Grandma Moon coming to watch Taylor!
