For those of you that know me really well know that I REALLY like my Birthday! I generally try to make it last at least a month. I have done a pretty good job this year! I started my celebrations early when my friends Elizabeth and Kelly were in town...then I was sick on my actual birthday so that really helped to get it pushed out farther! I am thinking that Friday night's dinner might have been the end...I am sure Derek is happy about that! On Friday we went to dinner with my good friend Bibi, her husband Shawn and their little girl Ali. 
Bibi and I have been doing our annual birthday dinner for several years now since hers is the 27th and mine was the 7th! This year it was fun having our little girls join us! We went to Saddle Ranch at Westgate...for those who have not been during Happy Hour, I really recommend it! We both got the "Monster Platters" to share with our hubbies....here's what was on the platter: Three mini cheeseburgers, 2 racks of ribs (with about 4 ribs each), about 6 wings, a ton of onion rings and a ton of sweet potato fries...the best part about the platter is it was only $10! We could not believe all the food we got for $10! If you are looking for a place that gives you a lot of bang for your buck check it out for Happy Hour! ALSO they gave us cotton candy since we were there celebrating our birthdays! What a great night! Happy Birthday on Monday Bibi!! We had so much fun with you guys!
