Home Improvements Continue

Saturday we got new and MUCH needed carpet! I was very surprised and impressed with how quickly they did the whole house! I would estimate the installers were here around 5 hours or less. Derek and I had a good time standing in the hallway watching each step in the process. Here are some pictures...I didn't do a great job of before pictures, so unfortunately the one attached is of the living room once we had already moved stuff around.

We love the new carpet and are so happy to have the process complete. Derek and I did a lot of the work before the installers came, we wanted to move a lot of our things on our own....which also meant putting a lot back on our own...we are tired and looking forward to our much needed vacation in a few days!
