Taylor and I headed back to Indiana this week to spend time with my family while Derek headed to Pennsylvania for work. We had a very ROUGH trip going out and spent 7 hours at O'hare and had to have my parents drive to Chicago to pick us up, it made for a long day but reminded me just how amazing of a little girl Taylor is! Taylor was so much better behaved than I was! I am so thankful for the kindness of strangers, there are still some good people out there and they really helped me when I had reached my end!

Grandpa...or as Taylor has started calling him "Papa" is trying to break Taylor in early! Maybe if she is really good he'll give her this one that he has been rebuilding for her first car!
We also celebrated my dad's Birthday while we were home! Taylor had fun helping blow out the candles. Happy Birthday Dad, I am so glad we got to have a mini-Birthday party with you! Taylor had a great time decorating your cake :) We love you!
I have realized I need to check the settings on my camera, these are the only two pictures that I could post, the rest are blurry because of movement...I am guessing there is a "fast moving kid" setting and I need to find it!
