I have been asking Derek's Dad to build me a garden...and he finally caved in and decided to give me my garden! He has been working really hard building the box and shoveling 2 Tons of dirt! Today I helped shovel the last truckload of dirt, get the veggies and PLANT!! I am so excited for the next few months and really hope we get some yummy veggies! I have a good feeling, the plants we bought were "Bonnie" brand and that is Derek's moms name...I think it is meant to be! Here are some pictures of the garden...I might include some later that show me doing some actual work!
Just in case you are curious our garden includes: Roma tomatoes, Cherry tomatoes, Yellow tomatoes, Green peppers, Yellow peppers, Beans, Cantaloupe, Cucumber, Chives, Parsley and some wild flowers! The first thing that should bloom is the flowers followed by the beans! I am hoping I can update you in two w
